The partners in the business are Colin Chambers and Tim Hobbs. Colin and Tim bring 50 years of combined industry experience.

Colin’s background includes 5 years experience in the audio visual and TV cable industry as well as 17 years as the installations manager for Pro-Install Video Systems. Tim has 7 years of policing, as well as alarm monitoring experience. He has worked in the CCTV business since closed circuit technology was introduced for the commercial market. He was co-founder and past president of Pro-Install Video Systems.

Together Colin and Tim have worked on the design, installation and service of close to 2,000 camera systems in a variety of applications.

 In addition to their own experience Colin and Tim have an experienced and well qualified support team who assist in all aspects of the business. Their resource associates are well versed in the information technology area as well as in web based technology. These highly skilled and trained individuals compliment the company and the extensive lineup of services offered.

• Testified as an “Expert Witness” with respect to CCTV admissibility of evidence
• Provincial appointee and co-chair of sub committees on Multiculturalism and Sports Outreach to the Ontario Safe School Task Force
• Current membership in The Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police Association and The International Chiefs of Police Association
• Factory trained by numerous suppliers
• Have participated in numerous industry forums and design teams
• Experienced with IT and Network based solutions

Community Commitment Aside from their commitment to quality and service Colin and Tim are community oriented and support local charities, service clubs and minor sports. Both Colin and Tim have coached minor sports and are still currently involved with coaching, managing and developing amateur sports at all levels.
